Dear Wikipedia I owe You and all my Colleagues a Sincere Apology for one of the many Administrations, Images, Articles, Testimonials, Statements, Disciplinary Actions, Etiquette’s, Policies, Contracts, Intellectual Property, Etc, I have had to Remove or Rewrite !!!
It was never my intention to create such an awkward and uncomfortable situation. I hope that I can be of assistance in correcting my mistake and resolving the matter. While I have caused this unpleasant experience, I am able to see where I went wrong. Administration & Images as the Cause of the Mistake. I believe acquiring this insight will allow me to learn and grow and prevent similar issues in the future.
Regarding Administration & Images, this has been my Very First Effort having the Privilege to be Associated with Wikipedia, but Unfortunately i have Fallen Victim to a Clash in Formulations. Where my Referendum Advocacy Formulation aided by my Business Advocacy Formulation which is relevant in Persona & Character to the Referendum, has clashed with your Wikipedia Encyclopedia Formulation. Hence, I have now Discovered, Realized and Comprehended some of your Do It Yourself Manners, Etiquette's, Policies and Third Party Contract Support with Substantiations, If & When the need for Intellectual Property Surface's. Hence, My request is Not Only to be Unblocked, But also i would be Very Proud and Grateful via Donations, if some of your Team could Help me Formulate my Dozen or So Pages of my Referendum Advocacy Formulation aided by my Business Persona & Character, as to be In Accordance with Wikipedia Encyclopedia Formulations.
Also that the block is in Fact Not Necessary to prevent damage or disruption and that the block is No Longer Necessary because i understand why i was blocked for, i will Not Do It Again, and I Will Make Productive Contributions Instead. Also i Agree to Behave for the something i did wrong and admit to it. Hence, request you Trust Me Again, as i Promise, Credibly, that I Will Stop Doing Whatever Got Me blocked. Earn Back my Trust by Proposing Improvements to my Articles.

This is your last warning. The next time you edit Wikipedia in unacceptable ways, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. You have been warned numerous times about image copyright issues, but you continue to ignore the warnings. For example, you have repeatedly uploaded File:Andres A. Bustamante J.P..gif after it has been deleted. Recently you claimed to be the copyright owner, but that claim is totally implausible, as versions of the file occur elsewhere (e.g. on pages at http://www.jp.nsw.gov.au). The file had already been deleted by an administrator who pointed out that it clearly had a false tag. There are similar problems with your other file uploads. Another example of your unconstructive editing is your repeated creation of copies of your user page at User:Andres Bustamante. Your user page is rather questionable in some ways anyway, but we certainly don't need copies of it created as the user pages of indefinitely blocked accounts. In addition to all this, I see no evidence that you have any intention at all of contributing to the encyclopaedia. Wikipedia is not a free web host or a social network site, and while we do allow a good deal of leeway in user pages of editors, if your only purpose here is to create a page about yourself and upload images for use there, then Wikipedia is the wrong place to do it. If you don't do that, your message here is likely to wait here unseen: it was a matter of luck that I found it. Also, I strongly recommend making any unblock request shorter and more directly to the point than the text you have posted to the top of this page. It is rather hard to follow.
