December 2012[edit]

Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Jon Ausman without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, Jim1138 (talk) 04:35, 6 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not write or add to an article about yourself, as you apparently did at Jon Ausman. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you.--Orange Mike | Talk 13:49, 6 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

(edit conflict) You replaced sourced material at Jon Ausman by unsourced content, so your edit has been reversed. You had been warned about it previously at User talk:67.233.138.251, & so you also need to read Wikipedia:Edit warring. As it appears that you have a conflict of interest when editing this article, you need to read WP:COI. - David Biddulph (talk) 13:51, 6 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks...I will add references and sources over the next thirty-six hours. I have minutes of meetngs, youtube videos of CSPAN and CNN coverage, etc. Everything stated can be documented. Personally I prefer a factual statement of what was done versus references to political opinion about my career.Ausman1953 (talk) 14:34, 6 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. The next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Jon Ausman, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. - David Biddulph (talk) 14:38, 6 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

File:Jon Ausman Climbs the Koppenberg.jpg missing description details[edit]

Dear uploader: The media file you uploaded as:

is missing a description and/or other details on its image description page. If possible, please add this information. This will help other editors make better use of the image, and it will be more informative to readers.

If the information is not provided, the image may eventually be proposed for deletion, a situation which is not desirable, and which can easily be avoided.

If you have any questions, please see Help:Image page. Thank you. Theo's Little Bot (error?) 04:48, 14 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
