An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is List of worlds in the Kingdom Hearts series. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of worlds in the Kingdom Hearts series. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:06, 8 May 2010 (UTC)

I noticed that you have revised either Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri or Sid Meier's Alien Crossfire.

I intend to revise those articles following the Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Article guidelines. There are more details on the discussion pages of those articles. I'd be interested in any comments you have. It would be best if your comments were on the discussion pages of the two articles.

Thank you.

You are now a Reviewer

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, will be commencing a a two-month trial at approximately 23:00, 2010 June 15 (UTC).

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under flagged protection. Flagged protection is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial.

When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.

If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Karanacs (talk) 17:06, 15 June 2010 (UTC)

Occam's Razor is one thing. Figuring this out is far from that. It's amusing how long random stuff can stay around if you put in obscure enough places. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 22:52, 22 June 2010 (UTC)

Is that speedy-able? Axem Titanium (talk) 08:38, 24 June 2010 (UTC)

The article List of .hack media has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Just a bunch of empty tables adaquately covered in .hack and related articles

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Astronaut (talk) 02:09, 1 July 2010 (UTC)

killer7

On page 57 of the issue, it lists Harman Smith as "NP's pick" for the "Best New Character" category (The fans picked Ezlo from The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap). The quote is: "How can you not give the award to a 60-year-old assassin with seven fractured personalities and a high-powered rifle attached to his wheelchair? Harman Smith is the personification of badass, however unconventially, and the driving force behind one of the most daringly original works in recent memory. We'll take that over a talking hat any day." There weren't any awards for killer7 itself, but maybe you can use the quote about "one of the ... memory" in the reception section. Tezero (talk) 18:38, 14 July 2010 (UTC)

Thanks a lot! There were a bunch of other nominations but I don't think they were terribly important. Thanks again for your help and for doing this. Axem Titanium (talk) 19:55, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
Think nothing of it. By the way, you may want to archive this talk page soon. Tezero (talk) 20:39, 15 July 2010 (UTC)
Oh, you're probably right. I never noticed because I always just respond to the message, hahaha. Axem Titanium (talk) 21:13, 15 July 2010 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:Tsviets.jpg

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Tsviets.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 11:16, 18 July 2010 (UTC)

Re:hack

I would, but I'm out of town at the moment and on a computer that tends to be uncooperative when it comes to editing (it actually timed out while writing this message). If no one's done anything by Friday night, I might be able to take a look. Cheers, Nikkimaria (talk) 15:26, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

Killer7's FAC

Not to be a jerk about telling you this, but I got a concern about killer7's FAC. In the rules, it says that "An editor is allowed to be the sole nominator of only one article at a time". So, since you already have .hack (video game series) up for FAC as well, that means that you shouldn't have two articles up for FAC. So can you like withdraw killer7 until two weeks after .hack's FAC is closed? GamerPro64 (talk) 21:51, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

Well, that's not in my hands. You have to talk to either SandyGeorgia or Karanacs to let it slide. Hopefully, one of them will allow it, even though another editor is asking for a withdrawal. GamerPro64 (talk) 03:22, 23 July 2010 (UTC)

RE:FAC help

Sorry for the late reply. Real life has been busy as of late. I'll try to comment on the article sometime this week. (Guyinblack25 talk 20:24, 26 July 2010 (UTC))

And it looks like I missed the nomination. Sorry about that. Time has not been a good friend lately... (Guyinblack25 talk 14:10, 29 July 2010 (UTC))

Re:American Empire

I see that you have recently merged the article American Empire into a list of type article; I can not say I am all that surprised about the development, however I was curious if there was room for the File:Ghost in the Shell World Map (S.A.C. 2nd GIG).jpg. I got a notice about its impending deletion, but I wanted to ask if there were plans to work this in before I personally axe the image since it is here under claim of fair use. TomStar81 (Talk) 18:35, 27 July 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for the reply. I'll go ahead and axe the image. TomStar81 (Talk) 01:04, 28 July 2010 (UTC)

killer7 and .hack

I think the two articles are doing well. You may wish to submit them to GAN soon. No major issues, but in .hack, remove the mention to frägment in the "Related media and legacy" section before the subsection starts. Also, in killer7, explain what the Capcom Five is. Anyway, I rated them both as B-class. Tezero (talk) 15:21, 29 July 2010 (UTC)

You may not be aware that the article creator User:Ei8HTb1t is the name of a regular contributor on Kotaku,[1] thus appears to have some connection. –– Jezhotwells (talk) 23:19, 30 July 2010 (UTC)

Media - Related media

just wondering why change it to "related media"? if we do it like that, it will allow other media that isn't directly related to the .hack or .hack//G.U. article. For example, the Reborn! article is in B-class and simply states regular media of the manga/anime.Bread Ninja (talk) 17:31, 4 August 2010 (UTC)

a simple "media" section would be adaptations of the series....for example, video game series "A" gets manga "A" and anime "A". But related media goes a bit more wide. for example, video game series "B" would also have manga "B" and maybe video game "CB" that is in the same universe of "B" but not exactly directly related...I'm just saying related media has a wider view point. generic "media" like Reborn! seems more better in my opinion.Bread Ninja (talk) 05:07, 5 August 2010 (UTC)

Template changes

Regardless of the merits of the proposal for deletion of the (badly written) Template:Template list, your substitution of it damages all articles in which it is contained. Please revert, or manually substitute. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 17:03, 9 August 2010 (UTC)

Furthermore, your "substitution" of {{Commonstmp}} did not copy the parameters. If you really want to eliminate it, the proper thing to do is to either change {{Commonstmp}} to point to {{Interwikitmp-grp}} with the parameters in place, and then substitute, or to copy the parameters over. I think WP:AWB could do the proper substitution.
I don't know what else you did today, but, when you come back, you should fix what you did before continuing. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 18:36, 9 August 2010 (UTC)

Shadow Hearts II

Yes I can do that for you if you don't mind waiting until I return to Japan at the beginning of September, I'm sorry I'm not very good at using Wikipedia yet so I didn't reply very fast!

I am trying to edit it down to the smallest size possible but as anyone who enjoyed SHII will know the good ending can at first be quite confusing for many, I think it is important to note that Kato tells them to wish to go to the place they want to return and that Alice's narration is very important also as it clears up why he chose death but also that he did wish to go back to the place he wanted to be (which turned out to be the beginning of the first SH) - I'm trying to put just the facts and no interpretation as I believe that's what the article deserves, facts without bias, so people can make up their own mind as to whether Alice helped him return to the place he wished to be like Kato wanted them all to do, travelling back in time just like Karin did to meet Ben or if that was Yuri's afterlife as many believe (though the interview refer to as I recall talks a little further on the notion of travelling back in time, but like I say for the sake of the article I'm taking no sides, the facts of what happened are all there).

Cheers —Preceding unsigned comment added by 195.149.39.198 (talk) 09:39, 22 August 2010 (UTC)

Re:AFD of Fictional magic users

I never in my life edited that article... just thought you should know. I only opposed the deletion of the other similar ones, but someone told me they'd be on TV tropes, which was fine. Sincerely Subzerosmokerain (talk) 20:36, 23 August 2010 (UTC)

Re: Killer7 FAC

I don't really feel comfortable commenting one way or another on the prose issue, which I see is a concern. Partly because I don't do much FAC reviewing in general and secondly because the only FA I've nominated myself failed on prose issues and didn't pass until someone else did a copy edit. If a more experienced editor will OK the prose I can support after checking sourcing etc (which I think I already did). bridies (talk) 06:56, 25 August 2010 (UTC)

I'll try to get to it if I can. Problem is right now I don't have regular internet access, so I can't really commit to anything until I get me broadband :P Der Wohltemperierte Fuchs(talk) 19:40, 29 August 2010 (UTC)

Chapter list of .Hack//G.U.

i was just wondering how is it justifiable to remove the chapter templates just because there's a list of .hack media section. unlike the media section, the volume list had the chapters. Why not make list of .hack chapters where all the volume templates can be merged together can be merged together. A good example of this is List of Neon Genesis Evangelion chapters.Bread Ninja (talk) 00:53, 26 August 2010 (UTC)

oh well since you removed them, there is are a few proposals for the .hack articles in the .hack discussion page if you want to take a look at them to see if they're good ideas.Bread Ninja (talk) 08:34, 29 August 2010 (UTC)
