Editing with a conflict of interest

Hello, Ayla2014. We welcome your contributions to Wikipedia, but if you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Neta Hebrew, you may have a conflict of interest.

All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about ensuring their edits are verified by reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.

In supplement to our standard advisory about editing with a conflict of interest, let me add the following:

Part of the problem here is that the text to which you have been repeatedly reverting has an unacceptably promotional tone, and reads like marketing material for the NETA program. Wikipedia policy says, "Wikipedia is not a soapbox, a battleground, or a vehicle for propaganda, advertising and showcasing." Please see WP:NOTADVERTISING for more on this point. The goal here is to produce articles that cover notable subjects with a neutral point of view.

In this case, the repeated deletion of the article's reference to the Adi Raz study, which appears to be a legitimate independent review of the curriculum, raises concerns. In general, this article would benefit from additional independent reliable sources about NETA. I've added one such reference, a lengthy 2005 article about the program from The Jewish Week. More sources like that would really improve the article.
