WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT

What are you on about? You say on my page that I've vandalised the Liverpool F.C. page, but as a matter of fact I never even edited or contributed to the Liverpool F.C. page. Unless you can come up with some hard evidence to the contrary, I'm completely innocent of this so-called "vandalism". Thank you. 81.145.241.151 12:19, 4 August 2007 (UTC)

Nice work

Just like to say thanks for the great work on Twinkle. I've just started using it and have found it very very nice to use. Keep up the good work.

Compliments and question

Hi, AzaToth. I've just started using Twinkle to help with deletion of images. Very nice. Thanks for all the work you put into it.

I was deleting images from the backlog from the subcategories in the speedy deletion. When I had finished with all the images in Category:Replaceable fair use to be decided after 6 August 2007, I found that User:AzaToth/twinklespeedy.js was still in that category. If it had been in one of the parent categories instead of a dated subcategory, I would have thought it was something to do with the coding inside the page, and wouldn't have worried about it. I went ahead and deleted the subcategory anyway, but thought I should let you know. If you click on that category, even though it's deleted, you'll find that the page is still in it. Cheers. Yea, I could fix that, but havn't gotten to that yet :) AzaToth 16:08, 7 August 2007 (UTC)

Twinkle Bug?

Morning. I prodded an article this morning and for some reason Twinkle made a very strange edit (diff) to an old comment on the article's author's talk page. Marwood 12:28, 13 August 2007 (UTC)

Template:Infobox Album/color/unit test has been nominated for deletion. You are invited to comment on the discussion at the template's entry on the Templates for Deletion page. Thank you. --PEJL 07:07, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

RPP Feedback

You said "Feedback Required" on the RPP bug, so I'm giving you feedback. The following, which may be useful, is from your talk page July 2007 Archive:

Not sure whether that's useful or not, but it looked interesting. GrooveDog (talk) (Review) 01:25, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

Working example of for loop

I made a working example of Template:For in MediaWiki that I would like you to see ,(in fact it is called Template:ForLoop in English Wikipedia. The example is Template:Numbered subpages . Template:Numbered subpages is used in Portal:Electronics/Selected_design to link and embed 50 numbered subpages consecutively . Please give me your opinion .Tuxa 18:56, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

Question About Twinkle

I have a question about twinkle that I asked User:Riana but she told me to ask you about it. When I installed WP:TW on my User:King Lopez/monobook.js It works great in the firefox browser. But when I use Internet Explorer it blanks the screen for a second when I browse from page to page. Is that normal when I use twinkle in Internet Explorer? King Lopez Contribs 10:05, 23 August 2007 (UTC)

Lets say that Twinkle is not usable under IE, per lacking of necessary parts in their JS implementation. Thus it theoretically could result in pretty unexpected behavior when it tries to makes sense of the code with it's rudimentary JS engine. AzaToth 10:28, 23 August 2007 (UTC)

wrongfully accused

I have been accused of vandalising a profile which I never even went on —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 69.157.3.33 (talk) 18:57, August 23, 2007 (UTC)

It's not you in person, but the IP you are using, probably you are using a dynamic IP, and earlier a bad guy was using it. AzaToth 19:20, 23 August 2007 (UTC)

Twinkle

Hi! The CSD option for Twinkle doesn't seem to be working - it just stops midway for admins and non-admins alike. Any explanation? I've checked twinklecsd and morebits, but there's no changes since July 30. Thanks! Maxim(talk) 18:10, 25 August 2007 (UTC)

Hugs

Just wanted to say that I have been playing with the full version of Twinkle and absolutely love it. Thanks so much for taking the time to develop! Shell babelfish 18:48, 28 August 2007 (UTC)

RPP is broken.

typename is not defined http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User%3AAzaToth%2Ftwinkleprotect.js&action=raw&ctype=text/javascript

Line 482

Thanks for the awesomesauce that is twinkle! Q T C 09:12, 31 July 2007 (UTC)

Still broken.

typename is not defined [Break on this error] 'wpSummary': "Requesting " + typename + ' of [[' + wgPageName.replace('_', ' ... Q T C 07:46, 31 August 2007 (UTC)

Shouldn't that be:

'wpSummary': "Requesting " + self.params.typename + ' of [[' + wgPageName.replace('_', ' ...

Q T C 07:50, 31 August 2007 (UTC)

Also on line 311: switch( tag ) tag is always undefined, so unprotect (default case) gets added to all requests. Should probably be switch (params.type) as well.

Also on line 434: var rppRe = new RegExp( '====.*?' + RegExp.escape( wgPageName, true ) + '.*?====', 'm' ); isn't seeming to catch that reports already exist. Q T C 08:37, 31 August 2007 (UTC)

I believe this is due to useing wgPageName instead of wgTitle, since wgPageName includes the namespace which is not listed on the RPP page. Q T C 08:45, 31 August 2007 (UTC)

As RFPP is not only for main space pages, wgTitle isn't enough. AzaToth 18:46, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
Yes, but on WP:RFPP in the page they're listed as {{la|Article Name}} or {{lc|Category Page}} and not as Category:Category Name so, wgPageName will never match. Q T C 21:32, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
Eg: If I RFPP User_talk:AzaToth, the header get's input as: ==== {{lut|AzaToth}} ====.
The regex tries to match wpPageName which will be: User_talk:AzaToth, so the complete regex will try to find ====.*?User_Talk:AzaToth.*?====, but like I pointed out, User_talk is nowhere in the heading so using wpPageName in the regex will always fail. Q T C 21:42, 31 August 2007 (UTC)

Ok my last edit :P, think I have a working version Q T C 08:51, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
