This account has been blocked indefinitely from editing, because it has been used to evade a block on another account, and because it has been used for promotional purposes. You have been told how to request an unblock of your original account, and "just ignore the block and try to get round it by creating a new account" is not what you were told. You are still free to request an unblock of your original account. However, such a request is unlikely to succeed as long as it seems your only purpose here is to promote your business: Wikipedia is not a free advertising service.
