Speedy deletion nomination of Richard cifersky[edit]

A tag has been placed on Richard cifersky requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://richardcifersky.com/bio/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia? Reply Comment Reply[edit]

I was thinking that Wikipedia is a place where people can share info about interesting places, ideas and people. What kind of problem do you have https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Kolbasz and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Melcous with small musician bio which I try published. It's really a big problem for you that I published my bio which is on my own website ? If yes please delete my pages and my account as I don't wanna be part of this kind of Wikipedia. Thanks! As the notice above tells you, Wikipedia legally cannot accept copyrighted text. It also tells you how to donate copyrighted text you own the rights to.
But: Wikipedia is not "a place where people can share info about interesting places, ideas and people". Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. As such, articles need to be about notable subjects, written from a neutral point of view. If you are writing about yourself, you are unlikely to be neutral.
