I wrote an article about a series of books, and it was deleted. They claim I was advertising! I am very angry. I wasn't advertising at all.

I am astonished at how senseless this user is. He deleted my page, and even suggested that it was copyrighted! All of those words were mine, and ONLY mine. In no way shape or form was I trying to promote or advertise. If I wanted to do that, I would have provided a link to where one could buy the books. You're an arrogant jerk!!!!

Hi, thanks for message. You can sign your comments automatically using four tildes ~~~~. Unfortunately, there were all sorts of problems

  • Your recent article did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. No sales figures, positions in sales charts, awards etc., no references of any kind (just a link to the books' website), let alone sources that meet the reliability criteria. In fact nothing except plot summaries and your personal opinions about the books.
  • It was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. Examples of your unsourced claims or opinions presented as fact include: has many humorous moments... many serious and relevant themes... teenagers of today's generation can relate to... can be interpreted as retribution... The novel deals with themes such as heartbreak... deals with intense bullying at school... timeless dilemma of teenage pregnancy... probably one of the most intense of the series... This is a coming-of-age novel, as are the other novels... may be seen as controversial... The novels reflect how precocious this generation of teenagers are...
  • The article was created in a single edit without wikilinks or references, and looks as if was copied from an unknown and possibly copyrighted source.
