COI notice

[edit]

Please refrain from trying to remove the COI notice from Silvia Hildegard Haneklaus. You have publicly declared your conflict of interest, due to close involvement with the subject, on the article's talk page. That makes you the one person that can under no circumstances remove this notice from the article. Leave that determination to other, uninvolved editors. --Elmidae (talk · contribs) 16:58, 4 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

sorry for deleting the COI tag, my fault! But again: The contribution is written responsibly, cautiously, and in a dispassionate tone, avoiding both understatement and overstatement. The articles document in a non-partisan manner what reliable secondary sources have published about the subjects, an in no circumstances what the subjects have published about himself. “Barmeise” has been endorsed by SH as biographer of the subject. Neither you nor SH herself have any special say in how this article is structured; in fact, less so than other people who are not in danger of introducing biases due to close relationships. The fact that you have been "endorsed by SH as biographer of the subject" gives you a very strong conflict of interest, which means you need to tread very carefully around the article. Please just take that on board. --Elmidae (talk · contribs) 18:53, 4 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
understand, I just take that on board! 92.22.174.114 (talk) 18:57, 4 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
