Let's say that I am User:ExampleCompany and I go to create the article Example Company. People will quickly catch on that there might be a conflict of interest - which leads to problems with maintaining a neutral point of view - even if the article is not promotionally worded.
Red Sector Incorporated is the same way right now, as its creator is User:Redsectorincorporated.
