Hi! You recently moved High Adventure Role Playing to High Adventure Role Playing (Role-playing game) - your edit summary said "Renamed to conform to WikiProject: Role-playing games quality standards."

However, WP:RPG's standards say:

  • No parenthesis if it's unneeded (this is from the MOS)
  • If paretheses are needed, "role-playing game" should be in lower case.

For these reasons, I'm going to move it back. Thanks for your other contributions to the article, though. Percy Snoodle 12:40, 22 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the fix. --Bear Eagleson 03:07, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

None of the references cited qualify as independent, reliable sources. All of them are either from the publisher of the game (not independent), or self published pages on wikifur and yahoo groups (not reliable). Notability needs to be demonstrated through nontrivial coverage in independent reliable sources, such as reviews in magazines or reliable websites. It's not a matter of popularity or my personal opinion, we simply need these kinds of sources to build an article that can meet our standards. Night Gyr (talk/Oy) 13:52, 18 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I apologize, my post was very reactionary. Unfortunately, finding other sources may prove difficult as many of the links that used to exist are broken or otherwise inactive. There is a copy of one review on the World Tree RPG web site, and I know there is also a review on RPGnet. Bear Eagleson 22:55, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
I appologize that it took me so long to write the above statement.
Looking for something to do? WikiProject Furry is improving articles on furry and anthropomorphic topics, and we'd like to have you on board.

Our current goal is to raise Anthrocon, furry convention and furry fandom to good article status and beyond - but if that doesn't take your fancy, there are plenty of other articles to work on. Give it a go and let us know how you're doing!

You received this one-time invitation because you are a Furry Wikipedian. GreenReaper 22:33, 28 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the invite, I've added myself to the participants list. What's the code for the WikiProject Furry userbox? Bear Eagleson 03:40, 30 July 2007 (UTC)

Notice

The article World Tree (role-playing game) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No reliable sources; fails WP:GNG

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Jalen D.
