Nice job Chris. I was interested to see what you were able to pull together because I'm going to work for an insurance company after I graduate this spring and did some work as an intern this past summer on the compulsory auto insurance marketplace in Massachusetts. Were you able to find much info on the analysis of the fiscal impacts that influenced state's decision making processes? It'd be interesting to see if any states published benefit/cost information regarding a choice to implement a compulsory system.
