Further to your creation of the above article, the articleissues tag is there for good reason. It helps by informing other users that the article needs work doing on it to improve it. It is not a negative thing to have the tag on, rather the opposite. Please do not remove it again, unless you have already addressed the issues raised in each of the points. Now the article has been created, there are also a couple of other articles that it can be linked to which will help toward one of the issues in the tag. I will make a start on doing that. There is already plenty of information as to why the link you have added is not correct, and why the article was fully protected for a whilesimply because of that one edit over and over again.
