Museums of London[edit]

Slightly puzzled that you removed the category Museums in London from Royal Hospital Chelsea, which actually does have a museum within its grounds, and added the same category to Greenwich Hospital, which does not.

Also somewhat confused by the addition of the category Royal buildings in London to Greenwich Hospital. It was built on the site of the Palace of Placentia, but the building itself was erected as a hospital - not a royal building. - MykReeve T·C 10:09, 17 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Greenwich Hospital is on the List of London museums and I think it belongs there. It was proposed to make it a palace during the early stages of construction, but plans were changed. Bhoesicol 06:02, 18 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Vauxhall Gardens[edit]

Hello, Could you please tell me the source you used regarding the article on Vauxhall Gardens? I am writing a masters thesis that deals with 19th century entertainment in London and it would be very, very helpful to be able to include citations about the admissions charged to Vauxhall, especially the fact that they peaked in the early nineteenth century, which is when Vanity Fair is set, one of the books I am using. I rarely use Wikipedia to communicate, but I assume you can post the information to the discussion second of my user page, like I am contacting you? Thank you so much! This information will be very helpful as I finish my paper. (P.S.: It is actually due fairly soon, so if you could contact me sooner than later, that would be great. I really appreciate it!) Kevind81
