Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D

I was about to create the article The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D but changed my mind before I hit Save. They claim filming will start later this summer, but you know how that goes. Do you think the article would be better on the mainspace or in my userpage? —Mike Allen 22:57, 3 July 2011 (UTC)

About Twisted Pictures, I was going by the May 2011 press release that only mentions Nu Image and Lionsgate being involved. This source says it has been written (and drafted) by more than 2 people. :-\ —Mike Allen 00:21, 4 July 2011 (UTC)
The 2009 Variety source [1] says that Twisted Pictures bought the Texas Chainasaw franchise (so probably expect a lot of torture porn). That source also lists the budgets for the two remakes that doesn't match the budget listed on their articles, so I'm about to update that. Yeah this article is definitely not ready for mainspace and probably won't be until next year.. Thanks for your input. —Mike Allen 00:43, 4 July 2011 (UTC)
I was also wondering about creating this, then again, I'm still focusing on getting the first one up to FA. And I don't think I'll be watching this one, subsequent Chainsaw films have been terrible.--Tærkast (Discuss) 15:28, 6 July 2011 (UTC)
I did enjoy the remakes. :P But I'll admit I haven't seen the original in a long time. Speaking of FA, are there any horror films that are featured? Has one ever passed, at least recently? :-\ —Mike Allen 00:12, 7 July 2011 (UTC)
Not recently no, but we'll need all the help we can get, because I'm taking The Texas Chain Saw Massacre to FAC soon. 6th time the charm? --Tærkast (Discuss) 11:14, 7 July 2011 (UTC)r

With reference to this discussion which you participated in, I see that the page has been created again, despite little further development. Would appreciate your input on the talk page. --Rob Sinden (talk) 09:00, 4 July 2011 (UTC)

Film MoS question

In light of this change I just wanted to check - the poster of first release is what the project is aiming for, right?

Guest stars/Recurring

Hi Bignole, as I've spoken to you on the matter before, I thought it was best to bring it to your talk page. I just want to clarify, if the information is listed in prose format, then having a list on guest star/recurring characters would be pointless? Listing for no reason. Jayy008 (talk) 17:27, 23 July 2011 (UTC)

Sorry I didn't make myself clear. I was referring to this on a season page, not list of characters. All of that information is listed in prose with sources, is a list really needed too? Jayy008 (talk) 11:10, 25 July 2011 (UTC)

PS. Would you say 90210 (season 3), Gossip Girl (season 4), One Tree Hill (season 8) and all their following seasons could be nominated for good article? To me, they seem to be OK. Jayy008 (talk) 15:23, 25 July 2011 (UTC)

No, I'm happy to do it this way, I like having the orange banner pop-up, I seem to reply a lot quicker that way. Thanks for the information, and I agree about Gossip Girl, I will just remove the extra information as their is no proof. Do you know how to nominate an article? Jayy008 (talk) 15:54, 25 July 2011 (UTC)
Right, thanks. I think I've done it. I nominated 90210 (season 3), so I hope it's okay. Jayy008 (talk) 16:35, 25 July 2011 (UTC)

Comicbookmovie.com

Hi, Bignole. I wanted to open discussion with you about Comicbookmovie.com, where as you can see from my editing, reverting myself and then unreverting myself at Smallville (season 10) I've been trying in good faith to find a basis for retaining the reference you added from that website. If you go to that article's talk page, you'll see my discussions there. They boil to that Comicbookmovie.com, being a site of user-generated content, can only be used if we're citing staff-written material. But there appears to be no staff — the Ed Gross Krypton page is a "Fansite" page, which any user can create.

I'd like to work positively, so I'm going to try to find an RS source for the edit you made. In the meantime, I wanted to give you open head's up. With regards, --Tenebrae (talk) 01:32, 28 July 2011 (UTC)

I might have found something that at least partially fits the bill: A description of what seems to be the pertinent episode, at this site, which appears to be part of a company called World Media Group LLC, and which says, on its About Us page, that its material is original content. I haven't examined it in great detail, but it looks promising. What do you think? --Tenebrae (talk) 01:39, 28 July 2011 (UTC)
Also, here's a March interview with Vandervoort from what appears to be a professional site with a staff; a short IGN video interview with her; and a 2011 video interview with her. I hope I'm being helpful and collaborative.--Tenebrae (talk) 01:43, 28 July 2011 (UTC)
