Talk:Medical Record[edit]

Hi welcome to Wikipedia and thanks for adding the comment you raised on Talk:Medical record which is this week's Medical Collaboration of the week article. By way of response, I posted a return question to yours - I'll happily expand article if, as a non-doctor, your reading of the article is that further ellaboration is required.

P.S. can you 'sign' your comments with at least ~~~~ (4 tilde characters) which will add your name and date. - David Rubentalk 19:16, 5 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Mr. Smoot - for the sake of courtesy, I wanted to let you know that I removed your Sheila Jackson Lee quote from the tort reform article. It's the second time, so I wanted to make sure you understood the reasons why, which are listed in the discussion portion of the article. I apologize for not listing out my reasons before posting my first set of revisions. Please do read my comments in their entirety and respond before altering the text again. Thanks in advance. Sheila Jackson Lee quote[edit]

Bill, can you move your SJL quote section to the "Loser Pays" section, where it belongs, as we discussed in the talk page? Thanks. -- FRCP11 00:22, 2 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
