The transaction is based on anonymous sources and/or awaiting an official announcement. This and this are both reports citing from anonymous sources. If you see here, it says "Rockets To Sign Kostas Papanikolaou", meaning they have not finalized any deal. Also, the Rockets themselves have not announced anything (see here) as they still need to buyout Papanikolaou's contract with FC Barcelona.
