I told you in the edit summary that if you write in that manner it is not going to be published. You not only ignored it, you overwrited it with your crap version and now the draft itself is deleted. If it was my version it could have been published now. It was neutrally written, had independent reliable sources and no original research. But you replaced it all. You will need to suggest a new username, as people will think you are him if you are editing with his username. You state you "know" him, are you employed by him or otherwise here representing him? Even if you aren't working for him, in reading the deleted article you wrote it seems to me that you are too close to him to write about him objectively and without promotional language. In my opinion, to be unblocked you will need to agree to not edit about him and state what you want to edit about instead(in addition to suggesting a new username). If another administrator wants to unblock you, they may do so without consulting me and with my best wishes, but those are my conditions. 331dot (talk) 16:48, 10 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@331dot: I don't know him personally. I was a regular viewer of his latest TV Reality show Bigg Boss Malayalam 1. So I thought of writing some article about him as i didn't find any article about him in wikipedia. And I contacted one of his friend from his country and get more details of him which helped me to write the article about him.

Can you please advice how i can change my user name. Do you mean to create a brand new user name? . In that case will i be able to create a page with the same title ? Many Thanks!

As to writing about Shiyas Kareem, I doubt any admin will agree to you doing that. We have 5 million other articles to chose from. Please be aware that talking to a subject's friend is not suitable sourcing.
