I'm just compiling more references for that page now - it's hard as so much is via the Wayback Machine archive, and that's notoriously difficult to navigate without a direct link, but I'll get there. I am not seeing anything here that would indicate notability according to Wikipedia's general notability guidelines or guidelines for creative professionals. Blogs and self-published websites, social media posts, and IMDB are user-generated content without editorial oversight and thus are not considered to be reliable or to contribute to notability (in fact, they generally shouldn't be used in biographies of living persons at all. Some sources don't even mention the subject. The Independent is a reliable source, but in this case it does not really demonstrate notability because the sum total of its coverage of Grayson is a quote from him; it is not significant coverage. The Leicester Today sources, though adequately reliable, and arguably significant coverage, are purely local. Local newspapers often write about local characters and this isn't necessarily indicative of importance outside their immediate area. Wikipedia is a global encyclopedia so in-depth coverage of a subject's life and/or work from prominent media or scholarly sources is what is needed to show that someone is notable.

I note that the entirety of the changes made to this draft prior to the most recent submission consist of the addition of a COI disclosure (which is appreciated, but has nothing to do with the subject's notability) and a change to one of the references' titles. [1] Repeatedly resubmitting the draft without making substantial changes to address the concerns raised is likely to frustrate reviewers and may result in the draft being rejected or nominated for deletion.

As I stated before I do not see anything that would indicate that the subject satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion. There are wikis with less stringent criteria on notability and promotion than Wikipedia, such as EverybodyWiki and Everipedia. These might be a viable alternative if you wish to have this page published.
