To Chrisw80 (a.k.a. Waggie), I dispute your claim of poor references. I've researched and written extensively on the topic. As for the Crossan piece, while it might not square with your worldview/inclinations, is nonetheless accurate. Bigger fish to fry on this end. Take care.
