No, I do not know him, you dont need to know him either! Admins are nice people with whom you can openly clarify matters. Hello again. You seemed to have left that message in Phil's User page! Editing other's user page is not considered appropriate, and sometimes, downright runde, even. But, I am sure he understands that you are a new editor. Note the following
When you want to leave a message, click on the "talk" link that is beside the user's name on the link. It will take you to his talk page. If you end up on the user page by mistake, you can click the discussion tab on the top beside user page and it will again take you to his talk page. Do go back to his talk page, where I took the liberty of moving your comment from his user page to his talk page.
