New Essay. OK.

The shortcut is pointy rather than helpful, and I don't think long allcaps shortcuts should be encouraged. However, the shortcut, CHANGEGUIDELINE, if it must be used, needs to be in Wikipedia space, not mainspace, where you have put it.
