Churchwood[edit]

You wanted feedback. OK. I deleted your second attempt primarily because it was horrendously promotional. Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia, and articles are not to be written as you would writ a profile in reverbnation or Facebook. Things here must be neutral, factual, and possibly even boring in style. I added that reason because it probably wasn't that bad when C.Fred tagged it again. But I agree with his tag. You don't show the notability needed here. As I said, this is an encyclopaedia. Not a directory, not social media, not a radio station profiling section. Read WP:BAND about notability for musicians. Read quite a few other articles to get the hang of how to write here. Read WP:RS about reliable independent sources. These must discuss the band in reasonable depth, not just be mentions, for supporting claims to notability. Other things should also be referenced to RS where possible. Avoid all social media, every directory, your sister-in-laws blog (and almost every other blog or forum too), and the band's site (but it can be linked and can be used for strictly factual stuff - but it cannot support notability. After all that, if you still think you can get past BAND with RS to support, write it at User:Boxwhisker/DRAFT (click and save). Then ask for advice. Most regular editors and admins will give opinions (it's stopping some of them that's hard...). In user space, you're safe from patrollers while you build the article, except for spammy stuff, copyright violations (even if you wrote the thing it's copied from), attacking anybody, or creating hoaxes.
