On the merits of the issue you address, I would note that Misale's upcoming work as a cinematographer was included in the article considered in the deletion discussion, and those who opined did not consider it sufficient to meet WP:CREATIVE. Being a cinematographer is not in and of itself notable.

Concerning File:Asal Thala.jpg: Where can I find proof that either of the two images you uploaded there has been released under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0? From what I see at http://technotamil.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html there is no indication that the blog writer even owns copyright to the image (as indicated by the watermark), which is why I had to delete it again as a blatant copyright violation.
Have I not unblocked you under the provision that you HAVE to be careful with copyright violations? Why would you immediately upload yet another image? Seriously, this is your very last chance. If you upload one other copyrighted image, you leave no option but to block you from editing indefinitely. Please ASK BEFORE you upload any other image. Do NOT upload any other image you find somewhere on the internet.

Yes, the article doesn't have a photo, but if there is no free picture available, then it can't be helped. You deleted my warning though, so it is pretty likely you saw it. How do you explain that? I also added made "stop uploading copyright infringing material" a condition of the original unblock, at User talk:Benraj44. Why did you ignore that, when all of your previous pictures were deleted as copyright violations as well? I'm sure you figured out that there must be a problem? Friend, you are still not responding to what I am saying.

One of the big blue boxes that starts with "This blocked user is asking that his or her block be reviewed" and has a qestion mark at the top is enough. As long as there is one such box on this page, it means that you are still asking for a block review, and some uninvolved administrator will come by and have a look. Adding additional unblock requests while there is still one of those is only confusing, and not helpful.
If you want to change the reasoning of an active unblock request, feel free to do so.

Unless you can personally take a picture of him, or you know of some picture that was explicitly released under a free license, then the article cannot have a picture at the moment.
If you want to keep looking for free pictures, then a good place might be Flickr; Every image there has a clear license attached, and some are licensed as e.g. "CC-by-SA 3.0", which is a free license compatible with Wikipedia. If you think you have found a free image check back with me first though!
Also, in the future, you should add new talk page sections at the bottom, not at the top. And stop calling me Sir. :) Amalthea 09:40, 22 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

And no one knows 100% if Prabhakaran is dead or alive, although some may hope he is alive. But right now there are absolutely sources that say he is alive. Attempt to bypass copyright policy[edit]

Br4011, I can't believe what I'm seeing at Anwar Saadat's talk page (your edit). Explain what you were thinking, and why I should not permanently block you again after this attempt to circumvent our copyright policy? Explain it, or I will. And I don't want to hear that you are a big fan and his Wikipedia page needs to have one – this doesn't matter.

I'm waiting. Also, do not use fair use images without giving the image a fair use rationale that complies with each criterion of WP:NFC. This is not possible with movie posters on articles of the cast.
I'm serious about this. As I said on my talkpage, I blieve now that you are either unable or unwilling to comply with our copyright policies. All your edits need to be double checked, you still make grave mistakes in that area, but you refuse to just stay away from images. You persistently violate copyrights, so unless you give me a good reason not to, I will block this account for a year or so, hoping that after this time you will have matured enough to understand and follow policies. I find your explanation not satisfactory. My last word on the issue was: "The copyright owner must release it under a free license. If you take it from somewhere on the web and upload it to flickr, then you are not the copyright owner. [...] do not try to get any other image you find on the web to appear in the article." This made clear that the two images are not usable here on Wikipedia. Explain where you got that only you weren't allowed to upload the two images we discussed.

←Here's another way to think about it—you have made many mistakes due to your limited understanding of Wikipedia's policies on copyrighted materials. Until you are certain that the inclusion of any material (pictures, text, or otherwise) qualifies—after checking with someone who is qualified to review the questionable material—do not post it, ask someone else to post it, rename it or move it somewhere that its origin may be disguised, suggest that someone else rename it so that its origin may be disguised, or in any way incorporate it into Wikipedia or encourage anyone else to do so. Instead try this:

Learn Wikipedia's policies.
Learn Wikipedia's guidelines.
Edit in a manner consistent with them.

Yes, you didn't upload it. But when you saw it there, you uploaded it to your flickr account, violated copyright by mis-licensing it as CC-by, and then had the nerve to introduce that forged licence at the image page. I see two options: You either did that in a fraudulent attempt to have the image seem as a free image so that it won't be deleted here, or you still do not understand the first thing about copyright and our copyright policy despite being pointed to all necessary pages and being burnt by your uploads numerous times. And all that despite me telling you twice in no uncertain words to stay away from images. Either way it is, it's enough. Your edits are more harmful then helpful at this point, and our good will is exhausted. I'm tired of this game now. Come back in a year and ask for an unblock. Well, feel free to try another unblock request and get the opinion of another admin. I won't fall for it again. As I said, I see two possibilities to explain your blatantly incorrect licensing of that image, and neither is acceptable. Your claim of ignorance was enough to grant you two unblocks, and a slew of final warnings, but enough is enough. Only a couple of paragraphs above I told you as explicitly as I could, so that their could be no more misunderstandings, to stay away from images.
