Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Hello, Bradebailey. Trying to Update Reflecting Change of Command[edit]

Hello Longhair, I am not Wikipedia Savvy. I was asked to Update the South Carolina State Guard Wikipedia page to reflect that there was a change of command and a new commander and command staff. I also was told that the logo used for the organization is wrong and needs to be updated. I am obviously a bit out of my league here. Can somebody help me at least change out the logo since it isnt the logo. Out logo is on the main website: http://sg.sc.gov/index.php/operations/ and the change of command is documented: https://www.thestate.com/news/local/military/article222496330.html

As you have a conflict of interest with South Carolina State Guard, it is advised to request edits to the article rather than edit the article directly. You may request edits at the talk page for the South Carolina State Guard article. Correct. Volunteer editors still have a conflict of interest and for reasons of compliance with the Wikipedia Neutral point of view policy are asked to request edits to articles where a conflict of interest exists.
