Request for mediation rejected

The request for formal mediation concerning Jerusalem, to which you were listed as a party, has been declined. To read an explanation by the Mediation Committee for the rejection of this request, see the mediation request page, which will be deleted by an administrator after a reasonable time. Please direct questions relating to this request to the Chairman of the Committee, or to the mailing list. Weberman

Dude - The Daily News has reported that Rebbe Aaron spoke out against the victim. I also heard a podcast interview with the Brooklyn DA that discussed this at length. I am sure there are a ton of sources...

The rebbe did just that last week — and blamed the victim.

“A Jewish daughter has descended so low,” said Teitelbaum, according to a translation published by the Jewish blog, FailedMessiah.com. “There hasn’t been such a disgusting saga in (the history of religious) Jewry.”

I saw that, but that does not support what you placed into the article, specifically:
(a) "[that AT] spoke out publicly in support of Weberman" , and
(b) "casting doubt on the truthfulness of the victim"
And once you're at it you may want to find a better source for a BLP than a tabloid. --brewcrewer (yada, yada) 17:04, 12 December 2012 (UTC)
Good enough. A bit technical, but I suppose this is a good place to go the extra mile. How have you been, anyway, brother? Chanukah sameach! -- Y not? 07:17, 13 December 2012 (UTC)

By the way, you took Kolko out of the abuse article because he hasn't been convicted, but he's still here, see Yehuda_Kolko#Controversies. Either we should treat him nowhere or everywhere. Frankly, I would rather see him covered based on abundant RS, regardless of the disposition at trial... but at least we should be consistent. -- Y not? 14:48, 14 December 2012 (UTC)

Did not notice that and I agree we should be consistent. Not entirely sure what to do about Kolko. One one hand there are numerous RS but on the other hand he was not convicted. Perhaps the BLP noticeboard can be of assistance. --brewcrewer (yada, yada) 14:53, 14 December 2012 (UTC)
