I have moved Dysprosody Proposal to User:Msprockel/Dysprosody. Will you please tell your fellow students:

• keep out of the (article) namespace
• Stop Using Spurious Capitalisation
• do not create multiple proposals - Wikipedia is a collaborative project. It is good that you learn that from the start. (In this case Ms Prockel's contributions can be seen via the article history.)
