Clay Aiken Photo

Hi. I'd love to be able to update the photo but Wikipedia has strict rules about what is acceptable. It needs to be a freely licensed image and unfortunately the one you linked to is not. If you follow Clay at all you know his look changes as often as the weather. During this summer's tour he spiked his hair again and the current photo looks more like his current look than the first 2 you linked. His hair is spiked in the Phineas and Ferb cartoon that just aired and I guess it's his most recognizable look. The first one you linked seems to have the correct license but I think the existing photo is the better of the two. The 2nd one has no license at all. The last 2 do not have the correct license. The current photo uses this license http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0/deed.en with no restrictions. The last 2 you suggested use this license http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.0/deed.en and are restricted. There are lots of great fan photos but finding someone willing to give up their rights to one has not been easy, I've tried. Besides, there isn't anything wrong with the one that's currently used.
