Thanks for alerting me to this. Actually laughed out loud when I saw the page had been nominated. Must have been an American contributor who doesn't realise a storm doesn't have to be a hurricane in America to be notable, happens every time haha. Ta anyway, I've voted speedy keep on it. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve.
