I suggest a small edit.[edit]

The text for which I suggest an edit is the following: Observations of the cosmic background radiation by the Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe and the Planck mission suggest that the universe is spatially flat. I suggest replacing: "suggest that the universe is spatially flat." with the following: "suggest that the universe is spatially very close to being flat, and since it is not possible to be certain of complete flatness with respect to very large scales, there is at least a reasonable likelihood that it might be completely flat on very large scales." The reason for this suggestion is because "is not possible to be certain of complete flatness". The text as given is likely to give readers the false idea that the work being discussed is making a more positive statement about flatness than they are likely to actually intend to make. If the above edit is too wordy, then I suggest: "suggest that the universe is possibly spatially flat." BuzzBloom (talk) 21:07, 16 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
