Notice

The article List of children's books featuring characters with limb differences has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This list article is poorly sourced, and is a list without a reasonable context. The thought experiment List of [type of] book(s) featuring [topic a] with [topic b] works well with this list, so I'd argue that we have a typical case of WP:NOTDIRECTORY. There is no indication that this article fulfills any WP:LISTCRITERIA. --Johannes (Talk) (Contribs) (Articles) 17:55, 28 August 2023 (UTC)

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by Johannes Maximilian was: This submission is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Fails WP:NOTDIRECTORY. Wikipedia doesn't even have an article on limb difference, so a standalone list doesn't make a lot of sense.
