Discretionary sanctions notice[edit]

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. RFC has not started yet[edit]

Hello. This is just a heads up that your comments here were removed, same as other editors' comments such as this one, this one, and this one, because the RFC hasn't started yet. The thread you were commenting in is a thread for determining the best way to word the question for the RFC, and as soon as that is ironed out, the actual RFC will open in a new thread (within which you can post your comments for or against). Would you please delete everything you wrote that comes after "I think a perfectly fine way to word the RFC is "Should Arbery's past criminal history be included".? The statements you wrote after that are causing people to think the RFC has started, and another editor already posted another comment after yours. Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.
