Request reason:

Block ID: #373656 - I am requesting this block be removed, or my account be whitelisted. The reason for the ban was because the 161.8.x.x IP range is an open proxy/webhost, but I am not using a proxy. Thanks.

Decline reason:

Procedural decline as there is no block on this account. What I suggest you do is go to WP:IPECPROXY and follow the instructions there to request IP block exemption through email. — Daniel Case (talk) 06:12, 16 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

You edited successfully about 40 minutes before making this request. Something must be different about your circumstances now than they were 40 minutes prior. 331dot (talk) 12:16, 15 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

My internet connection stopped working a minute after I made my last edit. Once I got my internet connection back, I tried to continue editing and I hit the block message. I don't know if I was just moved to a different IP range or what by my ISP, but I can no longer edit anything. All I want is an exemption so I can continue editing without having to using my phone's personal hotspot to edit (and to continue to respond to these messages). ArbCom 2022 Elections voter message[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2022 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 12 December 2022. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2022 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:56, 29 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
