I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

I've restored the table on Excellence in Research for Australia.
However I don't think this belongs on List of universities in Australia, as the information is hot off the press and still being evaluated, and ther e are a lot of caveats that the reader should understand before this data is useful.
