The Original Barnstar
In recognition of your hard work on ancient Egypt I award you this barnstar! You deserve it, and thanks for tackling a big project. Jeff Dahl 20:20, 1 October 2007 (UTC)

At least someone is trying actively to stop the A. Arev and his sockpuppets. DBachmann placed a semi-protect tag on the Mitanni article. Here is a link by to Arev's use of sockpuppets and DBachmann's response: [1] Regards, Leoboudv 19:42, 3 October 2007 (UTC)

Response

Sorry it took so long to respond, I forgot :( . I do not know much about efforts to measure the quality of edits. I think quality measure is hard to do on a general basis. Quality is a characteristic whose appreciation requires time and 'effort'. So, I think it is hard to measure quality in mass. The users best suited to measure the quality of your edits are those who interact with you or those who slowly appreciate every edit. Hope this helps, Brusegadi 01:20, 5 October 2007 (UTC)

WikiProject Ancient Egypt

Just wanted to say sorry for messing up that page, but I also wanted to ask how do I qualify for the project? I would like to join and learn the rules so I don't mess up the page again, but when I click on 'Sign Up', it does nothing. Can you help?

Hey UofTer, it's great to see that an UofT staff who is willing to help out. Nat and I are also UofT student (I'm UofT Scarborough). Thanks for offering your assistance to us! OhanaUnitedTalk page 14:00, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
I'm pretty amazed the fact that in less than 3 days, 8 people showed their interest in helping Toronto's bid. OhanaUnitedTalk page 17:57, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
I decided to "stalk" you through UofT search engine and found that you give lectures on Web Servers. If we did win the bid, maybe you can help us out on I.T. matters. OhanaUnitedTalk page 18:11, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
Great, for now if you just want to read over the bid, try and find holes in it. As time goes on, we'll be able to establish what needs changing/adding/expanding... Fantastic to hear that you have contacts, we can always use more. -- Zanimum 19:51, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
Here's a question for you... only U of T staff/students are allowed past the third floor of Robarts, as far as I know. Do you think that the library would be swayable enough to let an exception for Wikimania visitors? -- Zanimum 19:56, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
