CarlottaACT, the chances that your edit is unrelated to Scott Miller is so small as to be improbable. Please go and read WP:SOCK. I'm reasonably certain that you are either a sockpuppet of User:Newchaz64, or are a third party who has been asked by Scott Miller to edit the article. Really, think about it: what are the chances that you stumbled on the article AND recognised that some content had recently been deleted AND in your first edit, know how to revert?

I have seen countless episodes of sockpuppetry on wikipedia. You fit the pattern just too well.

Please understand that although you may be a clever chappie, there are other clever chappies around. We really really really do not like people who knowingly try to crash a coach and four horses through our policies. What an unfriendly place this can be! :) I am a fervent theatre fan living in St. Louis and I found the deleted article about New Line Theatre through Google -- the current article was shorter than in Google's cache, so I looked at its history and found the deletions. And as I said, I have been a Wikipedia user for years, so yes, I know about all the tabs at the top of an article, though I have not edited an article before now. I have met Mr. Miller several times at St. Louis theatre events but am not acting on his behalf. CarlottaACT (talk) 17:35, 31 October 2008 (UTC)

Do you normally check the google cache before you click the link to the article? Your story is so far past the bounds of credibility; I don't know. Even if we charitably believed that story, your next move, engagement in the Scott Miller AfD suggests that you squared the coincidence by traversing to his article, and then cubed it by entering into the AfD debate.

Perhaps it would be easiest if I got a checkuser done on you? I presume that from 16:55 to 17:00 wikipedia time, you did not move machines and so the IP addresses will be the same.

Scott, I'm quite serious: you are very badly damaging your reputation as a historian and scholar by showing that you're little more than a self-promotional liar. All of the talk stuff is in the public domain and will be forever. Why are you doing this to yourself?
