Non Free Images in you User Space[edit]

Hey there CastAStone, thank you for your contributions! I am a bot alerting you that Non-free images are not allowed in the user or talk-space. I removed some images that I found on User:CastAStone/States. In the future, please refrain from adding fair-use images to your user-space drafts or your talk page. See a log of images removed today here, shutoff the bot here and report errors here. Thank you, -- DASHBot (talk) 23:01, 2 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed! I didn't realize that was a logo, I thought it was a legit flag. Replaced.--CastAStone//₵₳$↑₳₴₮ʘ№€ 22:08, 4 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fresh Meat 2 Vote Count[edit]

On the vote-table idea. Every time there has been a vote, the challenge winners along with the already nominated team doesnt get a vote. Its been that way since the start of the show meaning Kenny/Laurel have never been in a vote since they have either won the challenge or have already been put into exile. You are now a Reviewer[edit]

Hello. Your account has been granted the "pending changes reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on pages protected by pending changes. The list of articles awaiting review is located at Special:PendingChanges, while the list of articles that have pending changes protection turned on is located at Special:StablePages.

meetup?[edit]

Hi there,

I got your name from the Wikimedia:Meetup/Ohio 1 page. I will be in Columbus Aug 8-11 and was wondering if any Wikimedians would be interested in meeting up then. If so, I started Wikipedia:Meetup/Ohio 2 for quick planning :) best, -- phoebe / (talk to me) 17:40, 5 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. As you recently commented in the straw poll regarding the ongoing usage and trial of Pending changes, this is to notify you that there is an interim straw poll with regard to keeping the tool switched on or switching it off while improvements are worked on and due for release on November 9, 2010. This new poll is only in regard to this issue and sets no precedent for any future usage. Your input on this issue is greatly appreciated. Off2riorob (talk) 23:30, 20 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Caroline Killeen has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

non-notable individual, fails WP:POLITICIAN

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. William S. Saturn (talk) 17:09, 8 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, thanks for adding a notability tag to this article back in Jan 2008. I've looked it over but am not sure if it's notable. Seeing as the tag has been on for so long, you may want to take it to the Notability Noticeboard or AfD to get it resolved one way or the other. Possibly unfree File:Texas Toast Box.jpg[edit]

A file that you uploaded or altered, File:Texas Toast Box.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files because its copyright status is unclear or disputed. If the file's copyright status cannot be verified, it may be deleted. You may find more information on the file description page. You are welcome to add comments to its entry at the discussion if you object to the listing for any reason. Thank you. Seraphimblade Talk to me 17:12, 5 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free rationale for File:Texas Toast Box.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Texas Toast Box.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Speedy deletion nomination of NOCO[edit]

Hello CastAStone,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged NOCO for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Vinod 11:35, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Mark McKinnon article[edit]

Resolved

Hi, CastAStone. I am seeking help to implement an expanded Wikipedia article about Mark McKinnon, which you created. As mentioned on the article's talk page, I have spent the last couple months working with Mark and H+K Strategies to ensure the article's accuracy, and was paid to complete this project as part of my work at Beutler Ink. I wonder if you might be willing to respond to my edit request and review my draft article to replace the existing version? I am trying not to edit the article directly, given my conflict of interest. Thanks for your consideration. Inkian Jason (talk) 22:29, 8 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello CastAStone,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Brinks Home Security for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
