Hey. Yes, I created the article, but it needs a lot of work. Please help to add to it and get rid of some of that overly wordy language!!! PaulC/T+ 04:19, 27 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I just did a major expansion of the article. Take a look at it when you have time. PaulC/T+ 04:55, 8 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Baseball Greetings fellow baseball fan! I notice you've made edits to baseball articles and thought you might want to become a WikiProject Baseball member. Among other things, we've recently started an article improvement drive just for baseball-related articles at WP:BBAID. Please take a look and vote on an article or add one of your own. Once an article has been agreed upon, feel free to stop by and lend a hand in getting it to featured article status. Hope you can participate! —Wknight94 (talk) 02:10, 8 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Ladino[edit]

Sorry, I don't speak it. I can read it because I speak Spanish, and I know a little bit about the phonetic differences. But, as a living spoken language, my experience with it would be pretty close to nil. Sorry, and good luck. –Andyluciano 18:13, 10 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Washington U.[edit]

Thanks for bringing the shield to my attention. Cylera is obviously being absurd, however there are things I have been planing to do force the university's hand, if they refuse to be reasonable. There are several old seals whose copyright as expired which I have, and there is also the option of having a picture of the shield which will not be easily attainable. Perhaps we talk with Brad Patrick for more guidance. However glad you told me. - thank you Astuishin 05:29, 24 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

How would you propose to ban WUSTL?- thank you Astuishin 05:36, 24 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Cylera certainly has violated the 3rr in the past but...- thank you Astuishin 06:05, 24 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Alright, I will attempt to get her banned. perhaps we should bring this on the main talk page and inform Lmbstl- thank you Astuishin 00:59, 25 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I am attempting to find a fair use image of the seal such as a photo, like the one over the Francis Field gate, but I will leave a message over her talk page. - thank you Astuishin 07:13, 5 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dates in Gmail[edit]

Thanks for your note. Actually if you look at the history your will find that the dates were in every format possible at one point or another. Since then there have been one or two incomplete attempts to change some of the dates thus making the article inconsistent throughout. As explained at Wikipedia:MOSNUM#Full_date_formatting "If an article has evolved using predominantly one format, the whole article should conform to it, unless there are reasons for changing it based on strong national ties to the topic." That does apply here as the format is already in one style and there is no clear argument that there is a strong national tie here, Gmail is not the Washington Monument. - Ahunt (talk) 22:47, 30 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You know the two minutes that elapsed between posting the note on my talk page asking if I had any problems with a format change and actually changing most (but not all) of the dates on the article page is not what I would term a good faith attempt to gain consensus. In the future you might just want to wait for an actual reply to your offer of discussion on the issue. - Ahunt (talk) 22:55, 30 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
No sweat, it isn't a big issue - the article is at least consistent again, which is the most important part. - Ahunt (talk) 17:00, 31 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
