The best way to get the article recreated is to follow these steps:

1) Rewrite the article in your user space. A good page to start would be at User:CdEsclercs/Open IPTV Forum. Make sure that the new version of the article uses no copywrited text and that it meets the notability requirements.

2) Send me a message when you think the article is ready. I will review it an, assuming that it's acceptible, I will unprotect Open IPTV Forum and move it there.

CdE, before we can accept this as an article, you need to demonstrate notability. Take a look at the "Criteria" section of WP:WEB to review our guidelines.
