Dukat move[edit]

I suppose moving the Dukat page page makes some sense, although to be nitpicky most of the Trek-related characters' pages don't include their rank (even folks who aren't promoted over the course of the series). More importantly, though, I want to point out that the move means that a large number of redirects now no longer work (because they are double redirects). I've put patching them on my list of things to do, but thought that since you made the move, you might take it upon yourself to help. --EEMeltonIV 19:26, 6 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Image copyright problem with Image:Green (Colonel).jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Green (Colonel).jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}. Since you asked[edit]

No offense, but you do not write in an encyclopedic tone. Take this line for instance: "LaCroix then shouts "DAMN YOU NICHOLAS!!" as he raises the stake and ..." First off, writing in all caps and italics is silly. You are not a horror writer, you are a wikipedia editor. The problem continues when you end an article with an ellipses. This is once again a story-telling tool, not an encyclopedic one. You site few sources and insert a lot of interpretation.
