If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Yeansery Hospital requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. The tagging was intentional. If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion. -- Ken_g6 (factors | composites) 22:53, 19 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself, as you did with Yeansery Hospital. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. -- Ken_g6 (factors | composites) 23:01, 19 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I dont get it. Certainlyserpent (talk) 23:01, 19 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It was deleted as a recreation of an existing article. Please see Allentown, Pennsylvania. CactusWriter (talk) 23:41, 19 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding this edit, you are not an administrator, and do not have the ability to block other users. If you were an administrator, you would quickly lose that ability if you used it to block people who haven't broken any rules, simply because you are frustrated. Now, I understand that you are a new user, and don't understand the rules yet. One major problem you are having is that you are not creating encyclopedia articles, but simply writing a single sentence with no sources cited. If there isn't anything to say about a subject other than 'this exists,' it is not a good subject for an encyclopedia article. So now you have a choice. One choice is to stop and read the rules, so you will understand, and not feel so frustrated. Another choice is to keep making inappropriate edits, and be blocked from editing. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 23:40, 19 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Everyone is deleting my articles, I have seen other articles like this. Are you an administrator? Certainlyserpent (talk) 23:42, 19 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I am. You have not written any articles. You have created titles, and written one sentence with no sources, and so they are being deleted. Are you interested in writing an article? You should probably read your first article before trying to create one. Choose one subject that meets Wikipedia's notability criteria and write a whole article about it, rather than just writing lots of individual sentences that we'll have to spend time deleting. Or choose a subject you're interested in that Wikipedia already has an article about, and expand and improve it, citing your sources. Stop and read the links in your welcome message. Learn some of the rules. And stop vandalizing articles and putting fake block notices on people's talk pages just because you're confused. That doesn't make you less confused; it just disrupts the project. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 23:46, 19 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your block[edit]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for disruptive editing. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 23:50, 19 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I warned you to stop making inappropriate edits in order to avoid a block. I told you exactly what was the problem with your 'articles.' And I advised you to stop and read the rules before making any more edits. Instead, you created another title with a single uncited sentence. Because you're finding it difficult to stop and read the rules, and because you're making extra work for others by creating so many inappropriate 'articles,' I've blocked you for 24 hours. That will give you time to learn your way around. Spend some time reading the links in your welcome message, and learn more about what Wikipedia is and how you can be helpful. Then come back tomorrow, and do better. You will still be welcome. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 23:50, 19 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

What! If you look at the timestamps to when I created the articles and when you "warned" me, I did not create ANY new articles after you warned me. This is unfair. I just want to contribute. Please look over the time's on these. I did not create any new articles after you had politely warned me. Certainlyserpent (talk) 23:58, 19 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

accepted below. (You don't need more than one unblock template at once.)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

My warning to you is at 23:40. I know you read it, because you replied to me at 23:42. Then you created the article that caused me to block you at 23:43. If you want to make an unblock request that will be successful, you should be a little more clear about what you would do differently in the future. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 00:01, 20 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Incorrect, I put a hangon on one of them. I then realized what you said and was going to remove the hangon tag, and then you blocked me. I created a talk page for an article. Certainlyserpent (talk) 00:03, 20 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I am looking at the timestamp now. Hospital of Southern Pennslyvania at Pittsburgh was created at 23:43. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 00:07, 20 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, I see that I am wrong and you are right- you edited, not created that article at 23:43. I'm not going to unblock based on that, and I'm afraid I have to log off now, but any reviewing admin should feel free to unblock as soon as this user gives a reasonable explanation of how she will edit differently when unblocked. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 00:09, 20 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who accepted the request.

Request reason:

Look, I was not fairly warned in the first place about any of this. After FisherQueen warned me, I ceased from creating pages. I was then, for no apparent reason (I had not done anything since he warned be) blocked! With his reason being that I created single sentence improper sourced, etc, articles, which I have not. He then agreed that I did not, and has not unblocked me. Thanks To anyone who reviews this. Certainlyserpent (talk) 00:22, 20 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Accept reason:

Looks like any problem here is resolved, and message from Fisher Queen has been received and understood. Rich Farmbrough, 06:16, 20 December 2010 (UTC).[reply]

Sorry for all the redtape[edit]

Hi Certainly Serpent. I apologize if it seems everyone is yelling at you. I've noticed that you've added information about hospitals to a few different articles. I'm guessing that when you saw the Red links to those articles, you thought you could just create the article with some information about the hospitals. First off, applaud your efforts to be bold as that's one of the core principles of Wikipedia. Unfortunately, in order to keep Wikipedia reliable, there are some guidelines regarding notability and reliability for articles. Although adding the name of a hospital to a town might be helpful, that hospital might not be notable enough to warrant it's own article. Notability is determined on a case by case basis, but the article needs to have the information that demonstrates that the hospital is notable. Unfortunately, the articles you created didn't have that information. In order to keep the encyclopedia clean, myself and others requested they be deleted. I'm sure you can imagine that if someone came to Wikipedia looking for information on one of those hospitals and just saw "X hospital is in town Y" they might think it was a waste of time. Instead of setting that trap up for people, there are a number of subjects that aren't covered here.

Again, I apologize if all the red warning messages seem unwelcoming. Just as you're trying to do your best to support the encyclopedia, we are too. I noticed that you copied a "ban-notice" onto a few user's talk pages. For users that didn't take the opportunity to review your experience, they might have taken your notice of a "ban" as being hostile. I'm sure it was just your unfamiliarity with those templates. Additionally, I noticed you added templates about non-notability to other users newly created pages. I'm also assuming this was related to inexperience. I believe you have been blocked now, but you can certainly place a request to unblock. I'm hoping the admins will take into account some of my speculation here. It would be helpful though I'm sure, if you can read the information above regarding notability, reliability, and red links. Again, I'm sorry if it seems like we came down rather harshly on you. I hope that doesn't dissaude you from continuing to be bold and contribute. Hope you have a great day!--GnoworTC 23:51, 19 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have appealed it, his reason for blocking me is wrong (well, actually what he put under it as to why i was blocked). I did not make any new articles after that. Certainlyserpent (talk) 00:01, 20 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion declined: Su Bingtian[edit]

Hello Certainlyserpent. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Su Bingtian, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Article claims that the athelete has competed at one of the highest levels in their sport. Thank you. PhantomSteve/talk|contribs\ 02:11, 20 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
