2) Do you want to assert that the other persons about whom I have created wikipedia pages are not real persons. Is that what you want to assert?

If no more can be written about him, it is probably not worth maintaining. If it can never become more than a stub, we don't need it. I haven't a freaking clue what you're getting at in #2 and 3.
