Hi - I just saw Commission scolaire des Hauts-Bois-de-l'Outaouais in the new pages feed. The text looks like it has been copied from a website or similar - please be aware that we cannot host copyright violations, even if you are intending to translate it at add to it at some point in the future. If this has been copied, please could you let me know where the text has come from? If the content is in the public domain it might be possible to retain it, but it still needs to have appropriate attribution. I'd be happy to help you write an actual encyclopedia article about the subject if you like, but we have to go about it in the right way.
