There is already a photolithography article. Please comment here on how yours will be different, and then send me an email with a link.Hagen76 (talk) 12:58, 24 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Ours will be different in that our photolithography page will go more in depth on the actual parts of photolithography. The page that exists currently only touches on the different parts of photolithography and is just a step by step process of how to do it, where as we will go further into the science of what is actually going on. (How the different parts interact with each other, and how it affects the final outcome) You could say that our page will be more like a textbook, and the current page is more of a "Photolithography for Dummies."

Ours will be similar to the other page but much more informative. Two of us have taken the MEMS course with Dr. Savage of the Materials Department, so we will be taking knowledge from that course and putting it to good use for this article.

Does personal experience need to be sourced somehow? Where do we go to get the picture, for example, in the photolithography slide that exists now? — Preceding unsigned comment added by ChemPoly446 (talkcontribs) 19:08, 1 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Issues to address (see handout "446 Wikipedia handout 2 article Required Elements.pdf). Add a intro paragraph before the TOC. Add 3 original figures. Data lacking source info. There is only one equation, and it needs to be put in context and discussed. You need more references (and one is broken). Hagen76 (talk) 18:17, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
