Greetings, and thanks for your draft! This is a rather detailed biography and sounds a bit like a resume. Are you Shahin Gavanji or do you have a personal connection? If so, that's fine; it just needs to be disclosed. I'm not an expert on the notability guideline, so I'm uncertain whether this person is notable enough for a Wikipedia article. They aren't picked up by a Google News search, though that may just be because they are only covered in Persian-language sources. The article seems more promotional than neutral, but that can be fixed with some tweaks here and there. My advice would be to submit this draft to Wikipedia:Articles for creation (you'll be able to copy the text to a new page), explain your relationship with the subject, and the folks there will either create the article or give more expert feedback (though it may take a few weeks). -- Beland (talk) 00:46, 27 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Also I ccheced the English references and found that some information like "Top inventor of the year of Iran" is in Persians website, and I couldn't find English website about this news, so I used Persian in th reference.
