Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as those in Intercultural training, but we regretfully cannot accept original research. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your information. Thanks for your efforts, and happy editing!

I've tagged your article for deletion. Original research is not allowed, and the profanity and misspelling at the beginning are further reasons. Czolgolz 16:06, 22 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please publish this on one of your own websites. -- RHaworth 16:21, 22 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

hey man! i appreciate your criticism, but criticism should be concrete and constructive. so be more specific. this is not original research. how do you come to the conclusion that it is profance? i wrote it myself. Besides it is appreciated as a university course, so it is really questionable whether you should be able to evaluate its relevance. and if you can, i do not doubt it, you may have other viewpoints and this you can express in your own section. Diversity and not monotony! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Chin chillum (talkcontribs)

  • Our criticism has been very concrete and mine has been quite explicitly constructive: publish somewhere else. Keep your fucking fingers is profanity in most people's view. The problem is that even though you describe your work as my own research review, you do not seem to understand the phrase no original research. Surely you are getting the message by now: please stop trying to publish here. -- RHaworth 18:28, 22 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Dear RHaworth! I appolpgize for the disrespect towards you (it was rather aimed at your functional role than at your personal ethical being) and the use of original research. Still have to learn some things.. I really just want to add knowledge. Can I conclude that I can publish the text after I have deleted all the terminology refering to me and my own work? It is actually a real discussion and I am just telling what other people said. My work as such is thus a collection of professional voices concerning this topic.
