Request reason:

Totally shut out on wiktionary and unable to edit my talk page there. Created a new entry for a word that can be seen from google exists on multiple dictionaries and many webpages. The entry deleted by SemperBlotto without discussion. As I was submitting a minor edit, a message appeared that it had been deleted (I did not know he had deleted it) and asked if I wanted to recreate it. I did, and then I was blocked for "Re-adding previous deleted entries." (Block ID: 39606) I have no ability to edit my own talk page there (also blocked) and thereby try to appeal... shut out. This SemperBlotto administrator is an autocratic tyrant. If he spent 2 minutes doing due diligence in verifying the existence of the word and checking references, he would know it is not an neologism.

Decline reason:

This account is not blocked nor has it ever been. If you have been blocked on wiktionary, request unblock there by emailing another admin. We can do nothing here. — Daniel Case (talk) 09:33, 6 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
