Request reason:

Unfinished page was published, not intended to be advertising. I apologize for that. Also, the IP in question which has been blocked is a public static education IP which over 500 people use. ChipUK (talk) 13:59, 30 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

We do not get to write about ourselves on Wikipedia. Other editors are free to request unblock if the wp:autoblock on your IP is causing problems, but you appear to be the only editor using that IP. --jpgordon::==( o ) 16:45, 30 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

An unfinished page was accidentally published. It was not to be used as advertising. The IP is one which is utilized by 500+ people in an educational environment. I am not the only editor on the network. Also, the page is in fact not about myself, but a third party. ChipUK (talk) 15:52, 7 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Procedural decline: no response in >3 days. As there are significant issues at play, any new unblock request must address them all DP 10:08, 13 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

If it's not about yourself, do you mean you're impersonating Michael Banks by using his "online alias" (as you described it in the article you created)? --jpgordon::==( o ) 16:03, 7 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
The content of Michael Banks (internet personality) looks non-notable, but not blatantly promotional. ChipUK, you should tell us what you intend to write about if you are unblocked.  Sandstein  10:14, 8 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
