I have removed the material on crime added to Sociology of deviance not because there is necessarily anything wrong with the material, but simply because it is in the wrong article. This article is about the branch of sociology that studies deviance, not about deviance itself. It looks at things like the differences between theories on deviance, but doens't actually discuss what the theories say in much detail. There is an article that discusses deviant behaviour and one that discusses crime. Both these article may be a more appropriate place for the material. I'm not sure if that uni assignments is the purpose of wikipedia =) but I understand and I won't remove it, although I cna't say that other people won't do the same (not that there are too many editors who look at this article. Once the project is finished it would be good if you could remove it or put it somewhere else. By the way, can I have the email address of your professor?
