If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Datari Turner, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. DanielRigal (talk) 22:43, 2 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

March 2011[edit]

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. DanielRigal (talk) 23:43, 2 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors; and
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).

Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. DanielRigal (talk) 23:44, 2 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 31 hours for repeated speedy deletion tag removal. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. - Vianello (Talk) 22:56, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Promotional editing[edit]

Please do not continue to recreate the article on Datari Turner. You have previously admitted to being their promotional manager ("I represent Mr. Datari Turner re: publicity, marketing and social media") and the article you are creating is clearly meant as a means of promoting the individual. This is a clear conflict of interest which has been explained to you repeatedly. If Datari Turner is notable enough to have a Wikipedia article, someone who is not affiliated with him will eventually create it. If you continue to edit disruptively by recreating the article your account will be blocked as a promotional account. --Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 15:18, 8 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Datari Turner, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. If you need guidance on how to create appropriate pages, try using the Article Wizard. DanielRigal (talk) 22:31, 17 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please note: I have already asked you above to not recreate this article, which you have done multiple times now. As the self-professed PR rep for Turner, you have a distinct conflict of interest. If you continue editing Wikipedia for promotional purposes, your account will be blocked indefinitely. --Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 14:48, 18 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Writing articles[edit]

I suggest you learn how to write articles before you create them. Use the sandbox if you have to.

I agree that the Datari Turner is notable, as a quick Google search shows. However, you need to cite it properly in a neutral tone in order to have it accepted. Your multiple violations of policy will probably result in the article being salted, in which case it would probably never be created. Ng.j (talk) 16:47, 18 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A quick note regarding recreation - the article could indeed be recreated if an editor without a conflict of interest were to write a neutral article in their user subspace. Upon review of the new article the protection could be lifted and the new article moved into article space. It's not that an article on Turner can never exist, it just cannot exists as currently presented. --Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 16:52, 18 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Concur, my advice is to have the article moved to his namespace so he can work on it, preferably with an experienced editor. I haven't been able to find the original AfD yet. Ng.j (talk) 16:56, 18 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

After significant changes, the Datari Turner article should now meet basic standards. Please read the information at the top about editing articles before making any further changes. I corrected you edit to Ford Models, as you did not sort your edit alphabetically. Your future edits will be watched. Ng.j (talk) 18:22, 18 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did at Datari Turner, you may be blocked from editing. DanielRigal (talk) 18:33, 19 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

WARNING[edit]

This is your last warning; the next time you remove or blank page content or templates from Wikipedia, as you did at Datari Turner, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Ng.j (talk) 07:33, 1 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

REMOVE THIS ENTRY/PAGE. I have requested this for the second time. I am NOT concerned with "blocks or bans" from Wikipedia, as YOUR conduct in this matter completely support existing litigation against the subject in which you have posted as part of Datari Turner's wikipedia page against any fact-finding or truth (especially based on these wiki rules: "This article must adhere to the policy on biographies of living persons. Contentious material about living persons that is unsourced or poorly sourced must be removed immediately, especially if potentially libellous." Again, remove the page, or get swept up in a mess you have no concept of regarding Datari Turner and one Ms. Cluadia Jordan...your added information just ISN'T factual, and supports existing litiagtion against the subject. Thanks. Chriscasino (talk) 16:58, 1 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you think we are using the wrong sources then say what alternative sources we should consider and we will consider them. Just blustering like you do above will get you precisely nowhere but presenting us with credible alternative sources that contradict the claims you object to could, if they are good sources, lead to the article being modified. Remember, we have no agenda either for or against Turner and just because we report that a case exists doesn't mean that we endorse it. It is you who tried to insert a spammy promotional biography into our encyclopaedia and we are just trying to do our best to improve it with the sources available. You need to decide whether to engage constructively and help us improve the article or whether to get yourself blocked from editing.
You need to make your case, with evidence, calmly and civilly, on the article's talk page. If you do that we can take it from there. --DanielRigal (talk) 18:35, 1 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
You pushed for the creation of this article, and now you want it deleted because you don't like what it says? All you have offered is hearsay without attribution. Good luck with your "litiagtion". Ng.j (talk) 16:40, 2 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there! (Been on vacation!) I certainly appreciate the assistance in creating the article...It is not that "I don't like what the article says" - it is that in the first line of this person's (Turner's) wiki page, there is a reference to an obscure and completely insignificant person that has nothing to do with ANY of Turner's work. Then there is the fact that the information is what is "hearsay"...since when are tabloids "proof of"? My request was that the information be changed: specifically, removing the unrelated and uncalled-for blurb about C. Jordan. completely. (I could see the arguement if this guy were Kevin Federline and Jordan was Brittany Spears - where his relevance were dependent on Spears existance....this is clearly NOT the case, and the info is just FALSE. Leading to the statement about litiagtion: There is an existing legal case between the 2 of them..having NOTHING to do with you or I, but everything to do with the info that you inserted based on tabloid information...noone is threating WIKI (geez...folks have children and lives...this entire thing is ridiculous and drawn out for no reason....) It is ALSO, in addition to mine, Datari Turner - himself's request that the info in question be corrected: ie: dropping mention of Cluadia Jordan (leaving that information to tabloid fare, NOT the factual trappings and perceptions of Wikipedia.) For the record, Turner is getting Married very soon....care to add this (link > http://s2smagazine.com/node/2909) Itika Oldwine is also extremely worthy of a wikipedia page, and also far more noteworthy in the the public eye than C. Jordan ;) Chriscasino (talk) 16:06, 16 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
